Sorry, but my DROID wont let me reply to the fall color thread. Taken at 830 this morning. Reference only.

Looks nice, as busy as I would expect! :) Any color for sunrise?

Elbow to elbow as usual, huh? And so worth it. A classic landscape that should not be missed. Just like the Bells.

Thanks for posting this classic location. Looks to be about a week behind where it was last year. All of the aspens to the left were very close to peak on Monday of last year and the row of aspens to the right were about 30% changed. By Friday when we go back to Oxbow, the whole area was in peak. Here is an image I took last year. Great place to shoot and I never get tired of shooting there. C&C are always welcome and preferred.

Thanks, Amy. A picture is worth 1000 words even by Droid!

Brent- I actually spent sunrise across from the Triangle X Ranch shooting the fence post with fog in the valley and pink on the mtns. Haven't shot that scene before. I'll try to post more tonight. Droid images just don't cut it!

Here's a reference from Willow Flats overlook this morning (Wed. 9-28).

Everything was still very green along much of Antelope Flats with the exception of the western-most cottonwoods (closest to Hwy 89). The Mormon Row houses/barns had no color as of Tuesday morning. The undergrowth throughout the park looks good and should be peaking or nearing in the next few days.
