I am currently staying at a family house in Seaview, WA. We had a good storm which brought wild currents and some big, interesting shaped waves to what we call Little Beach (really Waikiki).

Nice shot. Every time i come here, even during storms, i have yet to catch a big wave. Nice job with the picture and the sense of awe it gives.

Oh! What a magnificent image, Jim! That wave action is really awesome. And having the lighthouse atop all of that reminds us of the peril of the sea and the need for protection by the light. Very symbolic. Thanks for posting this!
The detail in the water is absolutely spectacular. I can imagine a slight increase in saturation on the bluff. Is it possible that it's tilted a wee bit toward the left? It might be an illusion because of the wider base of the light house. I just love this. I've come back to it several of times.

This rocks Jim!! (Or should I say waves!!?) I love that central wave, so dominating. The different wave below and the lighthouse above frame it nicely. I like Marylynne's idea of a bit more saturation in the top part of the photo.
