Perigrine Portrait
I selected this Perigrine Falcon image from one I shot last week. I thought I would crop it and make a portrait shot. I think I captured some descent feather detail considering the crop is about 1/4 of the original 24MB image. Very good detail remains in an 8x12 print, but I don't think I would go much larger.

Nice job. I can imagine a tish more space on his right shoulder (viewer's right) but I love the detail and the eyes.

How many people have a nice tight shot of a wild Peregrine like that?? (What, me?? Jealous?? Get out!...)
