Salt Lake Fall Color
Colors are in coming along in the canyons above Salt Lake. Went out yesterday and today to OD on color as I will be traveling for the next week. Got up early both days to grab some ealy light.

This is at Silver Lake near the Brighton Ski Resort. A little bit windy breaking up the reflections.

Seems like the moose wanted to enjoy the color. Posting this one for fun, but will have some others in the wildlife gallery.

Saturday night we had a storm come through so Mother Nature was able to add some more color.

#5, there is a nice mix of colors between the reds and the yellows.
Any C&C appreciated.

Nice looking color. I drove over the Alpine Loop yesterday and didn't see this much color. I'm expecting it to peak later this week.I had a stare down with a bull moose while hiking along the Ridge Trail yesterday morning.

Yeah, cool mix of colors, wish i could be out there! Ill have to check out the wildlife gallery cause those moose look intriguing. A couple general suggestions: 3&4 are a bit underexposed, and all of these could use some better web sharpening--im not sure how you're prepping your images for web, but i would recommend searching this site for a good sharpening routine.

Thanks Stan, I work with PSE 9, and typically sharpen at a 50% level, and then save for web. I will go back and work some of the images turning up the sharpening some more.
