Looked out my window just in time to catch these particularly fiery skies on this evening. I actually reduced the saturation a bit!

The red sky with those streaks reminded me of a lava flow!

Lovely. Ya know, I hate to suggest cutting down a tree, but it does intrude on your view. Perhaps you could install a rooftop deck? :biggrin:

The tree looks like it's aglow or about to catch fire! Very cool, Joe. Hey, I was just wondering what it would look like to proportionally crop the image from the top and the left. I'm thinking about the bright patch of sky at top left being a liitle out of sync, so to speak, with the fiery light and the smaller streaks in the sky. Just a thought, not a nit.

You're suggestion has crossed my mind as well Catherine, so here it is...
