Fall above Santa Fe
I'm watching all the reports and postings of fall colors with envy! Wish I could get up to Colorado or down to Zion this fall but I'm out of vacation time! :frown:

I was able to spend a couple hours above Santa Fe yesterday and here is what I came away with.

#5 is absolutely magnificent, Phil!
Fine art autumn photography at its best!! Don't be too envious. Things in SW Colorado didn't quite gel this year. :frown:

Oh, Mommy! Are those ever good! The only one that doesn't reach out and grab me but good is the rock shot. It's just o.k.
Hope you saved some for the Fall color contest!

Really like #5 with the drops on the leaves. Great detail as well.

These are all outstanding. #5 is my favorite. I bet that will make a lovely print.

Looks like you didn't need to go far to collect some wonderful images. Any of these are better than any of the ones I had from Colorado all season. I'm most impressed by #5 followed by #1 and #3. Sweet stuff.

Well done. All of them are great images. #5 is wonderful.

Beautiful work, Phillip. I like 1, 2, & 5 the most but all are excellent.

These are great Phil! I've been gazing with longing from town as the leaves turned and the storms blew through, but had absolutely no chance to get up there myself. Glad you made it! 1, 5 and 6 would be my picks. Those groves up there aren't terribly generous with the comps, but you found some good, elegant and creative ones.

#5 is wonderful in every way Phil! Art at it's finest! :toast: :toast: :toast:

Wow, I can't believe I missed these -- great shots! I also really like #5, and I think #1 works better than #4. I also like the texture in #2 and I really like your composition in #3 -- really nice work.
