It took some slipping and sliding to get to this spot but it was worth the effort. This is a single exposure and I am working on learning some blending techniques so I will most likely re-post next week! I'd like to hear your thoughts on this one.

I like your perspective, Jack! Looks pretty good to me; the walls seem a bit soft though. Id also crop the extreme top, its too small at top to add anything, might as well get rid of the white sky

Like Stan says it looks a little soft all over for me. Excellent color and light, nice comp and yes, crop the white sky.

I agree about the crop and tweaking the sharpening a bit -- but aside from that its a really nice image with lots to like.

I agree with the slight crop suggestion. No blending needed at all, IMO.
I probably just missed you in this area. I attempted to visit these falls, but wasn't brave enough to go down the slick steep slope to get to the river bottom.
I like your composition and agree that you don't need to blend this. Before I read Stan's comment I also thought that it would be a stronger image without the slice of white sky above the waterfall. Overall this is a great composition with excellent color.

Looks like a sweet little canyon represented very well by this image. I too have trouble with blends, some hit and some miss, so I do whatever I can to get it in one shot and that means GND's... yeah, I still use 'em.
