I think if you look at this image many of you will really enjoy it. (It isn't my image. I just think that so many people will miss it, and it's worth seeing.)
A beautiful photo worth seeing for sure. All the best to Wayne.

Well, that's a surprise! Thanks for the "plug" Barbara. I'm not sure if "lobbying" for views is appropriate for a single image, I am sure you had other motives for this post, so I certainly do not mind.
Reminding members to look at all the galleries is something that many of us need from time to time. I appreciate those reminders when they come up. I am too often guilty of visiting only the galleries where I am currently posting, and I miss some wonederful images. Even for those who are not into photojournalism, macro, or flora and critter pictures, the Man & Nature Gallery often has some of the most interesting landscapes, and the "scenic" photogs should not miss them.
If it's my health-related note with that image prompted your forum post, I appreciate your help spreading the good news. (I don't like to dwell on that aspect of my life, when so many people have problems just as serious. As a result, I just drop little personal notes from time to time if they relate to an image that I am posting.)
Thanks to everyone for your good wishes. I am now in some very easy maintenance chemotherapy (for a month, twice a year) to keep the lymphoma at bay as long as possible, so I am trying to get back into shape as much as my anemic blood will let me, and I am having a great time! A few years ago, I expected to climb a mountain at least every month. Now that that's not possible, I am finding the valleys and quiet waters just as rewarding, spiritually as well as photographically.

Wow. Wayne, it's an absolutely stunning image of one of my favorite regions on earth. Thanks for the heads up, Barbara!

Wayne, great image. Reminds me of my times as a boy living in upstate N.Y. Glad to hear that your getting out somewhat.
I've been fighting cancer for the last 8 years but not to your degree. I can however relate to the mental and physical anguish it can cause. By the grace of God I have it under good control at this time. Hang in there and I'll keep you in my prayers.
