Today, I completed my four-seasons project of the area around the Arrowhead Golf Club in Roxborough Park, CO. This is the second year that I've done this and these projects are very challenging. Now I'll have to think of something else for next year.

Sweet stuff, Jim. I've always wanted to do something like that but have never been able to find a scene where spring and summer would look very different from each other. The major issue being spring in our climate. Most people associate spring with flowers, but flowers here don't happen until summer; plus our spring looks a lot like winter to me. I like your idea of spring by showing the buds on the trees.

Don, I usually end up taking my "spring" shots in late May or early June. As long as it's still "spring", it counts.
Thanks for the compliments.

This is really spectacular Jim! Having done this myself once I can appreciate the thought and timing that goes into it. Love the scene you chose :toast Good luck with your next project!:

Jim, this set is extremely well done. Thanks for taking the time to make this happen, then sharing. All four comps are dialed.
BTW, I'm in H Ranch, we should get out together sometime!

I would enjoy going out with anyone, not just those in the HR area. I'm also currently the president if the Highlands Ranch Photo Club. Thanks again for the compliments.

I got a message from the club manager yesterday asking to use these photos for their marketing. I was thinking about how much to charge for the marketing rights to those photos, then realized that without a property release from them, I could lose more money by them preventing me from making any outside sales. This business can get complicated!!!

I'd grease the wheels with the golf course people if I were you. Artist in residence if you will. I like the images and kudos for your effort. It's not easy to get four shots like that.
