copy Photoshop setup to another computer

I have worked hard to get my notebook setup properly with Photoshop cs5 and now have it the way I like it...I have presets, actions and all the other stuff that I would like to move to my desktop where I do most of my editing. anyone know the files that would need to be moved or is there a process that I should follow?

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5.1

There is a preset folder that should have most of the stuff if you saved it in the right place. Simple copy and paste is all you should have to do, then restart photoshop.

If it is on a Mac...no idea.
