Hello, I am a new member and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tonia and I am a "hobbiest" photographer. I live in Tucson, Arizona. I am an X-ray Tech by day and in my spare time try to get out with the camera. I am relatively new to digital photography so go easy on me 'til I figure this all out! I look forward to learning from you all! :wavey:

Welcome aboard Tonia. You couldn't have picked a better forum to link up with. There are some really excellent photographers in this group who willingly share their photos to drool over but more importantly, take the time to crititique member submissions so that we can all improve our photography skills. There's also a wealth of information within some of the drop down menus. Take adavantage of them as well.

Welcome to NPN Tonia. We look forward your images and watching you grow as a photographer. The more you reach out here the more and better help you will get. In other words, don't be shy, ask away. And you will be surprised how much you can learn too just by commenting on and critiquing other members images.

Welcome aboard.

Welcome aboard, Tonia. As you saw in my Flora post, I'm also an RT by day. I hope you enjoy your time here; this is a great group of people.

Welcome, Tonia! BTW, did you know you can shoot x-ray film in a view camera (e.g. a 4x5?)

Kent, I had no idea you could do that! I wonder what these images would look like w/out the kVp & mAs required to penetrate through a 3D object? Maybe I can find some on google images...

Tonia, welcome! Check out the radiographic images that Gary Yeoh spent the summer posting in the Flora gallery.
