What is your experience with "Shutterfly"?

I am exploring online gallery options for selling photos. Does anyone use the professional gallery at Shutterfly? I am interested if you have been successful in selling photos to unknown (non-clients) persons and/or if you use the service to post photos taken of your customers so they can view and select photos they want to purchase in any format. I also would like some recommendations on how to price prints and photo files. Thanks for your experience, ideas and suggestions.

I only use them for calendars, so I can't speak to your important questions, but I do have one tip: remember to turn off their "auto color correct" functionality when you upload images. You can do this as a batch function after you upload too. It can do brutal stuff to your photos if you leave it on, particularly in the red and yellow tones.
