This is about the best I have managed to get this fall at one of my favorite local county parks. I don't usually go for anything too abstract but I like the looks of this upside down reflection. I'm just not sure if I would put it on my wall or not.
Despite our record hot and dry summer, the Cottowoods are looking good now. The colors in the Flint Hills are a little dissapointing though, perhaps it's still too early.

Very abstract, Ken, but I like it. It seems like the fall colors are almost done here in central KS, especially compared to last week. I did find a good looking Cottonwood this afternoon though :).

This certainly has a nice painterly feel to it Ken, I happen to like it. I like reflection shots and the colors and textures in the reflection really draw the eye.
I've been jealous of everyone who's been out shooting over the last 1 - 2 weeks as I've been knocked down with a bad cold and haven't been able to get out.

Hey Ken, It looks like an abstract watercolor with a lot of color. Good effects for the feel.

Really nice work, Ken. I like the soft colors and abstract feel. I think there are lots of other comps hiding here, depending on how tight you want to crop.
