Which one ??
I had to show you these - I know though all of you here don't want to see another Dream lake picture

Sunday morning I was up there to Dream lake area and what a morning it was. Very windy and knee deep snow at places. Nymph and Dream lake frozen already  but a cloud cover really helped this time.
Was all alone up there to witness this ..

As usual your comments and critiques are highly appreciated.

Which one do you prefer :

#1 the alpenglow

#2 or just after the sunrise ..

#3 Another horizontal one a little while later ..

#4 the last one, including a little of the frozen stream coming out of the lake

My vote goes to the soft subtle colors of the 1st image, but they're all very nice. Thanks for sharing, Soubhik, all the other shots of Dream Lake notwithstanding.

Comp wise I like #3 the horizontal the best. I like the fact that you can see the whole shape of the lake. The left shore line is really pretty too. Obviously #2 has the best light and is awesome. I left you some other comments as well on your post in the landscape gallery.

I refuse to pick a favorite when they're all so amazing!

What Todd said. Love them all.

Nice set with the clouds and reflection off the ice. I like the more subdued #1 over 2, and then 3. Possibly increase the brightness and contrast of the foreground in #2&3 to almost what #1 has. Looks like there is some haloing around the trees in #4.

A very nice collection for sure, Soubhik. They are all equally good.

Great shots all but #2 just blows me away.

they are all wonderful but 3 is my fav, better foreground comp than #2 which has better color and is my 2nd choice,

I like #3 the best, better composition and the reflection on the ice is better.

I'll have to go with #3, Soubhik.
I like the beautiful surroundings and the reflected colors in the water a lot!

Which one is your favorite?

Thanks a lot for your comments.

John - I liked the color in #2 , very very closely followed by #3.

Have to say I like #3 the best, but like all of them.

Having never been there I like #3 the best, I like seeing the whole scene. The ice is pretty cool (no pun intended  ).

Great job. I think I prefer #3. You probably want to increase the contrast a bit. They look a little muddy but with a few tweaks these could really sing.
