Skagit Eagles, December 23rd

I'll be curious to hear how this goes for you, Dennis. I typically just drive the highway back and forth up there, and the results are hit or miss. I'm not sure if a boat would be better or worse for sightings, though obviously shooting from the watercraft could be a bit more of a challenge.
