I print my images on my own Epson 2880. I'd like to mount them to 1/2 or 3/4 inch foamcore rather than going through the matting and framing route.
Any suggestions on how to do that without investing in a hot or cold press?

I use spray photo mount and spray both surfaces. I then use a rubber roller to smooth it out.

SCOTCH PHOTO MOUNT, a 3M acid free adhesive spray for mounting prints. I have used it for several years mounting to fome-core. The product is available at a good price at www.framingsupplies.com.

Hey Howard, I never heard of foamcore that thick, do you mean Gator Board?
I have never had any luck with spray adhesives holding for long periods of time, but I have had good luck with PMA tapes.
Scotch Positionable Mounting Adhesive
Professional mounting without heat for strong, permanent, long-lasting bonds. Dry, synthetic, pressure-activated adhesive. Repositionable. Apply final pressure with squeegee for permanent bond.
Although I haven't mounted paper prints I do mount canvas to foamcore using 3M PMA. I was trying to find a way to cut the cost of canvas prints as I have an Epson 3880 that prints up to 17". For larger prints I have to have somebody else do it for me.
I have used it on 8 x 10 and up to 17 x 37 prints on canvas. My only problem has been that I have ripped the protective paper used to protect the print when using the rubbing tool that comes with the PMA. Not a problem if only doing small prints but as only one sheet comes with the PMA it is a nuisance.
The PMA has not bubbled at all but I do not have any more than one year old.
