Darren, I've heard negative things about anything over 2Gig for the Canon systems. I will try to find the source I got that from.

Nice Find Darren. I have been waiting for a good deal on these...just ordered one. I'd be curious to hear about the Canon problem that James is suggesting. James, if you find the literature on the problem, be sure to look at the version of firmware and/or specific camera model if it mentions any. It's possible that a firmware update would fix such a problem.

There have been alot of probs with Lexar for Canon. Is this what you're talking about?
I am currently using the Ultra II 4GB and the Extreme III 4GB in my 20D and 5D cameras without any issues so far.

Darrin and others - Canon cameras have had issues with large Lexar cards, the Sandisk cards have worked very well.
The biggest advantage of the fast cards is the download to your computer. I used an extreme III card and found that is was atleast 30% faster than my 80x lexar card.

This deal still works this morning, even after reports that it no longer worked on DPreview. I tried this morning using coupon code B0FT?4NVX46RCH at checkout, and with free shipping and no tax I got the card for $139.99.
