It is amazing to me what just the smallest amount of head turn can do for the colors of these amazing creatures.
canon 50d Sigma 100-300 f4 1/60th of a sec at f5.6 ISO250.

Wow, what an amazing shot Wade. I'm glad we can now post the Larger Image in the forums it is worth seeing this one up close. Great job!

They are amazing aren't they! Nice shot, well timed to catch the iridescence. A teeny bit brighter? Maybe? Or nudge up the ambience? Very nice as is, too, though. Good going, Wade. And thanks for posting.
