A cold morning in Moraine park with snow blowing all around .. will be interested to see what you think of these images. Your C&C appreciated as always ..
Nice changes , my first 1200 pixel image uploaded ..
#1 Sun shines through the Cloud cover for a few seconds ..
#3 Too blue ? That's all for now .. thanks for looking.

To be honest, i think the foregrounds here aren't strong enough to balance the great backgrounds, there's too much of the former and not enough of the latter. I like the leading line in #3 though--a little less cyan and that would be my pick.

I tend to agree with Stan's satements. Nice light on the mountains in the first and I like the clouds mixed with peaks in the other two. Thanks for sharing.

Personally, I'm "cool" with the blue. I love an image that can make me feel cold. I do agree with Stan that the foregrounds are a bit too powerful. I'd love to see more focus on what is happening in the backgrounds of all three photos. I love the light in the background of number 3.

I like the sliver of alpenglow in the first one! Man! It looks really cold!!
Yeah - that was a cold and a beautiful morning - not much of a foreground around there though ...
Thanks for looking

I feel that #1 (the better of the 3) would be better as a pano and would make the band of light more prominent. The foregrounds seem too featureless and their alotted size minimize the light and falling snow in the distant mountains, imo.

I agree with the above comments....not really too much here to draw me in but that's the way it can be in the Moraine area in winter. Keeping chugging away.

#2 interests me the most. That green color in the foreground is not something you expect to see at this time of year up there in the snow. I would maybe want to see just a tiny bit more breathing room on the bottom, but the comp is still really unusual and nice. I like the stream of light over the mountains on #1 as well.
