Anyone have experience purchasing printers/printing supplies through http://www.atlex.com/ ?
Their prices look good but how is their customer service? Any problems? Thanks!

I use them for almost all of my Epson printer supplies. They usually ship out of Denver for my orders, so I often receive my order in 1-2 days, depending on when I place my order. If I order in the morning, I usually receive my order the next day. The one time I had a problem with my order, they took care of me immediately. I'm extremely satisfied with their service.

They're a great company to deal with, as is their parent company IT Supplies. Shipping can be a bit pricey though, depending on how much you're ordering. It's worth comparing their prices with IT Supplies as they sometimes compete against each other. I've dealt with customer service at both companies and have been very pleased.
