Otter
Nikon D7000 300mmf4 + TC14eII ISO 500 1/320 at f7.1 tripod

Taken earlier this year. Stalked whilst feeding at the tide edge and was surprisingly confiding letting me get pretty close. All C = C warmly welcomed.

nicely done Nick. I'm not overly keen on the OOF area bottom right, but otherwise it all looks good.

Hi Matt, the OOF area or mush is a seaweed covered rock that was between me and the otter which I was using as a shield. He knew I was about at this point but couldn't see me properly and could not scent me. I am not keen on it myself and have cropped some of it way to reduce it.

The oof rock is a bit distracting but it certainly helps one visualise the conditions under which you were working. I can only dream of getting that close to the local otters and if I did then the odd rock or two wouldn't bother me.

Very well done Nick

The OOF seaweed is not a problem for me.
