I managed to get back to Skomer for a day this year to try to improve my Puffin portfolio. I took a lot of the usual portrait stuff and as usual was wishing I had an overnight trip to get some decent light but I did get a few behavioural images of which this is my favourite. My only regret is that the bird on the right is looking the wrong way.

Love the way the other puffins appear as if they're trying to ignore the scrap (much like humans!). I think I'd like a little more room at the top of the frame, but a good capture of some different behaviour!
different from the norm and all the better for it.
Love the inter action two diving for cover one ignoring it one looking on and the one at the back looks shocked.

a nice environmental shot Robert. It would have been nice to see a bit more cliff or sea in the background but this probably wasn't possible.

A very difficult shot to pull off with that strong lighting, blacks and whites, but you've pulled it off well. I actually like the fact that the right hand bird is looking away.
