I'm a bit late in announcing our annual all star weeks at the end of the yearly critique cycle. For the weeks of 12/4-10 and 12/11-17 please submit some of your best images from the year that did not win a Weekly Pick award. Bill, I understand this to mean photos that we had already posted once during the year - not new photos. Is this correct?

Bill, our sincere thanks for your work with the Flora gallery! As we all know, being a moderator is a truly thankless task so on behalf of all NPN members, thanks for going the extra mile!

Carol: You can certainly post new work and there will be no preference when it comes to the weekly picks. During the course of the year there are many images that are truly outstanding that just happened to be eclipsed in the same week and didn't earn the weekly pick designation. This gives the runners up a second chance so to speak. Also this is usually a pretty slow time in Flora so it gives us a chance to review some of the truly fine shots we saw throughout the year. >=))>
