No don't have the Great Sand Dunes here in UT, just the regular ones. The only safe time for a photog to visit Little Sahara is in the winter and mid week otherwise you will get run over as this is a huge OHV recreation area. I was fortunate to have the whole area to myself.
C&C if you want to and thanks for looking.

I like both of these but #2 is exceptional. It sucks you in and keeps you there. Just awesome patterns and lines and they're all composed quite nicely. Good stuff, Jeff!

#5 This is the last one. Thanks for the quick comments gents. I had a delay since someone was at the door. No mas, thanks for looking.
I really like 2, 3 and 6, in that order. the vortex effect in 2, as Bret mentioned, is awesome; and the fan of ripples in 3 is really elegant. The mountains and sky in 1 are gorgeous, but it really leaves me wanting a better balance between those elements and the sand.
Fantastic. Excellent processing. #5 seems a bit overprocessed but that's my only nitpick.

3,4,and 5 are all superb comps!

They're all great, Jack, but 2 and 6 are especially nice.
Where, exactly, in Utah is this Little Sahara?

Sweet! Really nice ..b&w.. textures and ..b&w.. I love the ..b&w.. warmth of color, especially ..b&w.. in #3. The great shadow ..b&w.. play in #5 makes it ..b&w.. my favorite. Have you thought about converting any of these to B&W?

These all have a lot of nice qualities, #2 is pretty awesome and it really looks just like a breaking wave. I also really like 3 and 5 and I think Scott was suggesting maybe trying some B&W conversions -- in case he was being too subtle -- and I agree.

I like #1 most. Maybe just a little more sky in 1 if you have it. The pink reflecting in the sand is noticeably good.

Jeff, really, really nice series of images. I think #2 and 5 are my favorites. I really like the curl added in with the textures in the second one and the last one looks very unique to me and unlike any other sand shot I can think of seeing. I especially like the contrast in that shot going from smooth sand to textures.

There isn't one here I don't like. All of these are just incredible! They all certainly work for me in color, but B&W would be interesting to see, especially on #2. Amazing work Jeff.

Thanks and your comments are very much appreciated!
Howard, Little Sahara is about 35-40 miles west of Nephi, UT off of US6, or about 75 miles south of where I live in Tooele, UT. You can find out more online just search Little Sahara Recreation Area, it is BLM land.
Scott, I'm lovin' the subliminal messages, funny stuff. I'll give it a shot.
