Lovely sharp bird John but the rear apple is a distraction for me

The apples are a distraction, but as they are part of the story as they are the reason the bird is there, I would leave them exactly as they are.

The apples can stay for me too. Super shot with bags of detail and great sharpness. Are you still using Paintshop Pro, John.

Gorgeous shot John! Setting, colours, background, great detail and sharpness. The apples are just great, not a distraction at all, they add to the scene. Love it!

I have to say I would prefer the image without the rear apple but I wouldn't go as far as trying to remove it. Great detail as always.

ideally the apple at the back wouldn't be there but they are clearly the reason the Fieldfare is in the tree so do add to the image. The bird itself is lovely and sharp and nicely lit.

Great image of a bird doing exactly what it's meant to be doing at this time year! Apples are fine by me!
