Why can't I get a sky like this every time I go out??? This was the sunset light from my driveway on Tuesday (same night as Joe's image). The cloud patterns and colors were stunning.
This image is from my Canon S90, handheld, 1/125 sec at f/4, ISO 125. My goal with this one was just to capture the sky, rather than a create a full landscape image.
My father in law was visiting this week and I used this image to give him a quick tutorial on how to use Lightroom and Photoshop to process an image. He was definitely impressed by the power of both programs.
Thanks for taking a look.

Wow, cool Scott. Guess we both got lucky!

I was driving home from some errands and saw the same sky. Every time I see something this awesome when I don't have my camera it is a bit bitter sweet. I love what I see, but wish I was shooting. :)
