Buckle in B+W
Nikon D7000 16-85mm at 19mm 1/10s at F20 ISO 100 tripod, cable release & MLU

Cropped this one to a a pano and converted to B+W. Taken on Sunday as the clouds started to roll in from the west heralding snow showers. Very mild here just now so all that lovely snow will have melted and be heading back to the sea!
To everyone who finds time to view and comment on my posts please accept my thanks and here's wishing you a very merry Xmas and a happy new year!

Nick. :wavey:

Perhaps more contrast needed, especially the sky. Need FG interest, maybe a tree? :toast:

Blimey - the number of times I've hoped to see the Buckle looking like that for winter climbing! I think there needs to be slightly more room at the bottom of the image (ie more separation between the fg rock and the image edge).

I'm not sure this would have worked in colour as I guess the light was pretty flat? In which case, I think you've done a good job with it. :wavey:

my first thought was also for a bit more room at the bottom. An attractive image otherwise.
