When we recently opened the new off-topic photo critique forum, we were at a loss as to what to name it. To get the new forum out of the gate - and perhaps grab some needed attention - we named it Road Kill. Some people liked the name, but some objected to it.

Now that the new forum is off to a great start, it has been renamed "People, Objects & Places" or "POP Photo" for short. It is now listed Forums menu in the Members Only section as POP Photo. We will leave the old Road Kill link in the menu for a short period of time until everyone learns the new name.

BTW, if you haven't visited the POP Photo forum, you should - there are some great non-nature photos posted there!

Super, Jim!! Let's start a magaz.... oops. Bad idea.

Seriously, great new name to start 2012. It's very convenient to hve a spot like this for that odd post that doesn't fit a gallery or a region.

BTW, "Road Kill" is still on the Forums menu...

The Forums menu will be updated in the coming days to reflect the new name.

Gee, maybe I should read your ENTIRE news post, ya think??? :jump:

LOL! I decided to leave Road Kill in the menu for a few days so people will still be able to find it and learn the new name.
