Just a reminder to be safe on the roads........I was heading up to Winter Park this morning to do some coaching and yours truly slid off the road this morning just outside of Empire as it starts to climb up, I was doing about 55mph going around a slight bend the car wouldn't turn I came off the road and bounced in towards the soft shoulder at the base of one of the rock faces. My car is a write off and I am thankful for my air bag, I am came away pretty well except for some bumps and bruises. Just be safe out there either on or off the roads.
I can't wait for 2012 because this year has not been good to me.
1. Water leak in the spring when on vacation.
2. Lost my job of 13 years.
3. Crashed and lost my car today.
Think twice if you want to hang out with me. All the best to everyone for 2012.

Wowza! I'm headed over to Moab early in the morning and will be sure to take it easy over the passes. Glad you weren't seriously hurt. My 2011 has been like a roller coaster with about an equal number of ups and downs but I'm definitely looking towards putting '11 in my rear view mirror. Good thoughts coming your way for the new year.

Glad you're OK man! I'm thinking 2012 will be a much better year! I can think of one more bummer thing about 2011 though.... you didn't get to hang out with me very much! Not sure how you survived that part! HA!

Yikes Jody! That doesn't sound like much fun at all. Hang in there and you will find that life has both its downs and ups. Hopefully 2012 will treat you more kindly.
