Happy New Year! I spent last week in the Tetons. Here are 7 quick shots. I also have a Lexar card that I need to find a really good lab to rescue some images and files on; the normal software rescues have not worked. I have not edited or reformatted and the files, I think, are there, but they are not being recognized by CS5.

Preference to 5 and then 1 for the cold winter look. #1 looks a little soft regarding sharpening?
Hope you can get the data recovered.

Excellent set, Ed. I really like the fog banks in #3, #4 & #5.
Good luck with the memory card. I had never had a card issue over the last 12 years. Then last month my card reader started corrupting cards. Of course, the first card was my wife's with 500 pictures from a family reunion trip! Fortunately the SanDisk recovery software worked flawlessly and got me out of the dog house.

A fan of #5, though I might agonize a bit on exactly where (within 5%) to crop the right and top. The clutter on the left of #3 bothers me a little from it being a 'statement', Thank you for posting these; the Tetons are a place I got to get to and I never tire of these mountains.
Cool set, Ed! I think 4&5 will be awesome if you can refine the DR a bit (highlites in 5, shadows in 4). All of these look a bit soft to me, remember to over sharpen for web.
Good tips, guys. I had not sharpened a couple of these yet and agree with those comments. And, most wonderfully of all, Todd's thought led me to try several more softwares, and the one I had initially skipped because I have never had good luck with it, Lexar's own rescue software, worked like a charm!! This card contained my Christmas sunrise and a few dozen images of some wolves so I am a happy camper. Am about to do some reviewing!! Drinks on me, guys!!

Nice group of images from my favorite place. Really liked the Snake River Overlook image. How many wolves did you see?
Last year they were out on Antelope flats.

Nice collection Ed. Glad you were able to recover the lost images. Is it me or is the horizon tipping up on the right side of all of these images? Seems like they need a small clockwise rotation. I think my favorite image is #5, a nice and different view than what I normally see from the Tetons.
