At the end of last year I finally got the nerve to submit a few photos for a macro show at gallery nrc in Denver. I am really excited to have them chosen for display and the opening reception is this Friday, January 6 from 6-10. If you are in the area, feel free to stop by!

Woo hoo! Congrats, Anne. If I were in the area I'd certainly be there but unfortunately, it's a bit of a drive from Moab. What a great way to start the new year!

This might sound sexist, but I've always thought women were better at seeing beauty in macro than men were. Apparently the male/female split of the contributing artists in this show bears that out. Very cool. And congratulations, Anne!

Thanks so much, everyone! I am finally done with the framing so now I'm really excited (instead of stressed!). One of my goals this year is to get more work out in front of people (including here on NPN) so this is an appropriate start.
