Philip, A Beautiful collection of Bests! Your wide variety of subjects is truly inspiring! The Grand Canyon series is super fantastic and is by far my favorite series.

Phil, your trip to the north rim was certainly productive, but I also like the images from Blue Lake. Hope your 2012 is equally rewarding.

Phillip,

I'm still amazed by some of the shots from the North Rim, particularly the one in the upper left of the collection -- with the rainbow and impressive clouds. Makes me jealous, in a good way. I also really like the sepia train shot and the image of the candelaria from the "miscellaneous" collection. Looks like it was an excellent year...

Really nice stuff, Phil! The Grand Canyon material definitely stands out, but I'm really diggin your San Juan and Mesa Verde images too (I'm putting in for a San Juan permit this year, long time since I've been down there). I really like the farolito walk image as well!

Thanks for all the kind words everyone! We had an excellent run of luck at the Grand Canyon! Had storms almost every afternoon. Sometimes we would have a storm around noon and then another in the evening! It was quite a privilege to witness in person.

Nice work Phillip, agree with the crowd on the Grand Canyon. I also particularly like the Blue Lakes shots. Happy New Year and good luck in 2012.

Wow Philip! You have had an incredibly productive year. I absolutely love the image you posted above and your other San Juan images are stunning. They make me want to leave Estes and move down there. Your Grand Canyon images are some of the most impressive I've ever seen. The rest are just downright beautiful. Wow, well done sir!
