Captured this heron at Belmar Park this morning. Only had time to take a few images before he took off.

Dan - looks great. I really like the dark background and nice even light on the bird. It seems to me that you only needed a couple of images!

I agree with all the above!! Superb image! I really like the way the plumage on the back of it's head still stands out against the dark background!
