Film & Developing in Houston

Can someone recommend a source for 35-millimeter film (Velvia & Provia) and developing in Houston? A few years ago I found an outfit called (I think) "Z Photographic" or something of the sort. I really liked them. Now I can't find an entry on web/Yellow Pages.

Also any seasonal tips regarding Brazos Bend, Anahuac/High Island, or spots thereabout? Or even Armand Bayou?.....
