I have problem converting my RAW images to jpeg, they become very flat and look very dull. I have to confess that I am not good at photoshop and just learning. I am using Camera RAW CS5 to convert my RAW images, whatever I do they will become flat. I used to use DPP just for conversion, Well, It was OK. Just converted image from RAW to jpeg but not much of enhancing.
Please check the image of the Trees under Snow in my Gallery for example. Is there any good and easy resources to learn. I am trying to learn from Youtube clips. I know I can get a course but they are very expensive.
I appreciate your help greatly.

Mohammad - Are you saying that what you see in Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) right before you save is different than what you see in Photoshop after you save?
Or are you saying that you just can't seem to get your photos looking the way you want in ACR?

Mohammed, Are you setting black an white points when you convert to JPG? I notice that your darkest blacks in the photo you mention are about 15 and the brightest whites around 250. Use the curve tool or the levels tool to get the full range of tones. A trick that you can do to add some 'snap' to a flat image is to use Unsharp Masking to create local contrast. Open Unsharp Masking and set the Amount to 10-15, the radius to 60 and the Threshold to 0. You can then follow that with a bit of smart sharpening for detail. I hope that helps.

Also, make sure that you convert the jpeg to an sRGB color profile (rather than Adobe RGB) before posting to the web. Otherwise, they may look different in the web browser as compared to photoshop.
