Went over to Ridgefield Res with Ryan D.---not a lot of birds but some great light! Ran into David Bostock, as usual there on a Sunday AM. his light was good for about 10 minuted then th e fog took over for the rest of the AM.

Very cool shot Jack. I considered suggesting a crop off the left so the tree wouldn't be so centered but after applying a "screen crop" with a piece of mail it doesn't work as well as what you posted. :toast:

Jack , this is awesome. I love the way the fog in the tree's almost looks like smoke. Great light. Well done!!!

Wonderful atmosphere in this image, Jack! Love the swirling fog and the orb of the sun in the warm glow of light.

Great capture Jack, love the colors and the mood presented by the fog. Like how the sun is a nice balancing offset to the more diffuse "glowing" area.

Amazing light Jack; almost looks HDR. Quite striking to have the sun so vivid and without a sunstar.
