Hi,

Does anyone here use one of these? are they effective? Just thinking about a bit of extra security when toting the 400/2.8 attached to my BH1 head.

Phil,

I used to use one of these when carrying my 500 f/4 around on the B1 head. No problems at all with it. Well worth the small expense IMO.
