Can someone tell me how to add "repost" to the title of my photo.

Robert,
From the thumbnail view of any gallery, click on the "edit" link below your image. The edit link will only be visible for your images. Moderators on the other hand can see the edit link for every image. Once you click edit, simply modify your title, or anything else that's changeable there and click "update photo" at the bottom of the screen. That's it.
