Hi Paul.
The bird looks neat and sharp perhaps a bit out the tail but as i well know that is difficult,it's a good image that i like.

I think with smaller birds you really need a perch or rock or whatever in relation to the size of the bird.. This one seems to dominate the shot (Just my personal view) I always feel that "dainty" birds need "dainty" settings
Nice enough LLT pic though.
Cheers

Smart enough and a great BG. Also amazingly sharp for a 7d

a nice looking LTT and I like the background. I would tend to agree with John regarding the perch, but still an attractive image.

Great image. Everyone has different tastes for perches and I quite like this one. The bird appears a bit tight on its tail side. The lovely clean BG really complements the bird.

Nice ball of fluff on a stick... I like the pose but do agree that the perch is a tad dominant for a delicate bird...

I like this Paul, and also the perch. I might give it a bit more punch though :toast:

Very nice indeed - a difficult little bird to do. I'm happy with the perch.
