Female Mallard
1Ds M2, 300/2.8 + 1.4x, Gitzo + BWG.
ISO200, 1/500 @ f7.1.
Raw-Lightroom3-sharpen for web Elements 10.
Slight Crop for comp.

Seems like an age since I have been out and got some new images... A day off today so off to photograph a subject that is common as muck but still remains one of my favourites, in particular the females...

Looks to me like the waters sloping a bit but others will not agree. maybe I,m sat wrong :biggrin: :smile:

Water looks fine to me. I am jealous of the sunlight though - we haven't seen any here today.
