Took this photo on a creek near my home - didn't think much of it until a while later when I really looked at the images. When I had photographed them I assumed it was some domestic goose - but now I'm thinking Snow Geese? The blue is throwing me since they don't match up with the "blue morph" snow goose. Any opinions are welcome!

Luke,
While I do not have an answer to your question, I did see some similar birds in the marinia at Westhampton Beach on Sunday. We were at the seal release by the bridge.

The body shape is right, but the colors are unlike either a white-morph or a blue-morph Snow Goose, at least the ones I have seen. Nor do I seen the "grin patch" in either bird. Sorry I can't be more help.

looks fine for domestic to me, Luke. definitely not Snows.

"Body shape" for differentiation purposes is difficult to evaluate in the pictured floating individuals. Images of the same birds standing on land would be far more helpful in attempting to differentiate between snow goose and domestic variants of the greylag (based upon the more stout/massive build of the latter).
