Shot last spring in a huge marsh full of skunk cabbage. I plan on doing a series of these in the Flora Gallery. The first image, a different one is there now. Thanks for looking.

Nice capture, Bruce. A leathery texture, esp with the light sheen and undulating surface. Ken S
Ha, your title skunked me; thought I'd see the furry, black and white kind! on me.
This is beautifully presented, Bruce, and a very fine closeup. Will be watching the series.

The texture on this, as mentioned, is leathery looking and it's all very unique. Those of us that are green colorblind can enjoy this at a level that you poor "regular folk" will never rise too.

Bruce, this is really nice. Good detail and the colors look perfect to me.

Really well done Bruce, great details. That's a subtle, yet very strong, comp.

Skunk cabbage make great subjects, at least when they are young and not "skunky" yet. Great job on this one. Love the detail.

Very cool image Bruce. I wasn't sure what to expect when I clicked on the link! I really like the comp and the water on the leaves really takes this one to a higher level.
