March Cover: Paul D., Gatlin, Miesak & Koepsel
Last month's theme "Arizona" celebrated the Grand Canyon State's 2012 centennial and RMNP members enthusiastically participated. The theme had an unprecedented 153 replies, 116 of which included photos. Thanks to all of you who contributed!

Again, because there were so many outstanding shots to choose from, this month's Home page cover image consists of a collage of four photos depicting a sample of unique landscapes, wildlife and cultural sites in Arizona. The choices are: McDowell Mountain Cholla by Paul D., California Condor at Marble Canyon by Brian Gatlin, Havasu Falls by Aleks Miesak and Wupatki National Monument by Doug Koepsel.

Please join the mods in congratulating Paul, Brian, Aleks and Doug for their wonderful work. Remember to search your hard drives, pages of negatives and boxes of slides to find hidden gems you haven't shared on the forum before to post in March's theme: "Archive Dive!"

It was an amazing month...such great images! This is what it's all about folks. As a result of looking at such fine work, I dropped everything and went to Az. for 5 days..first time to that state. I most likely would never have gone there until I saw such a great display. Thanks for inspiring me. Thanks for all the great info and shooting tips for antelope. You guys rock!!

Congrats to all, wonderful images! Brian, when I saw you slip that condor shot in under the wire, I knew it would be a pick.

Congratulations to all. It was wonderful to see all the Arizona work out there.

Now, thank goodness we didn't follow up with "Utah"...

My goodness, a HUGE thank you, guys, I did a double-take when I saw my name. I mean, I lost COUNT of the number of amazing images posted in that thread, especially by members that have quite a robust portfolio. I'll take this as inspiration and confirmation that I'm at least on the right track. Man, I need to get out and shoot more. No excuses on my part with a state like this! Thanks again, truly.

Congrats to the selectees! The submissoins for the last two months put most photo contests to shame! Incredible work from everyone.

Thanks for the recognition everyone! It's truly an honor. And watching these stellar images being posted here from NM and AZ has been quite the push to get back down there. Ah, so many places, so little time :wavey:
