A Way-Homer
Just got back from northern Arizona, where I shot The Wave, Horseshoe Bend, Lower Antelope Canyon -- you know, all the typical, obvious stuff. Didn't really come home with anything groundbreaking, but had a good time anyways. Among my favorites from the trip is this view of Agathla Peak, just a quick roadside stop on the way back to Hwy-160 after taking my girlfriend on a little side jaunt to show her Monument Valley.

Nice shot of a pretty cool peak out there. Like the moon to the left.

Love the comp! Sounds like you put on a few miles both on your vehicle and on your feet, glad you had a great time in the process!

Nice comp and control of the light. The colors are also very nice. The sharpening or compression seems off somehow. That formation has a lot of character.

Sounds like a good and scenic trip. Did you catch any out-of-the-way locations also besides the major ones you mentioned?
I like the moon as an added element. The rock of Agathla seems to have a slight green tint to me on my monitor.
