Bird or background ?+repost
Chaffinch in puddle
I have to say that with the light getting that bit better each day there are some lovely coulours appearing on the water when the suface is disturbed. The colour on this one only lasted for a few minutes with the sun in a certain place. Luckily the bird turned up at the right time.! I like the water more than the bird !!!

Your right JR the colours on the water are very nice. In fact I might even be inclined to crop out the clear water on the left just to concentrate it.

The light on the water really does make the shot. Smashing reflection too    . Sorry, I'll go and wash my mouth out with soap.

I think both work well John. In fact the more I scan between the two I do think the repost is better. As always its just down to personal taste/opinion. :toast:
