Portland Waterfront Park Cherry Blossoms
Now's the time to start scoping the cherry trees on the north end of Waterfront Park. Anyone know how they're doing? I don't make it downtown as much as I used to. This was from a couple of years ago. The trees and blossoms are great if you catch them at the right time.

Great photo, David. I'd also like to hear when those trees at Tom McCall Park are in full bloom. And if anybody in Seattle notices when the cherry trees at UW are in bloom, I'd sure appreciate a note here or via email.

Here in Eugene, in the south Willamette Valley, the pink blossoms of the ornamental plum trees are just now starting to pop out after a couple of days of sunny and somewhat warm weather.

The trees around downtown PDX have just begun their pink buds and small amounts of flowers have popped out already. I suspect next weekend will be good enough to shoot, and then for another 10-ish days after that.
