Hi all. Just wanted to let everyone know that - after spending a week in Yosemite Valley - Spring hadn't sprung, and there weren't ANY leaves on the Dogwoods along the Merced. With the run of nice weather we're in for this week, expect Spring to come in with full force in the next 2 - 3 weeks.
I'm going to be posting images in the main ESS forum and on my weblog. Not all 247 of them, but just a few choice selects.
Cheers,

Thanks Gary, thats what I've expected given all the March snows. Was there for three storms and it was quite the unusual icebox for any time of winter. Instead have been planning two or three days next week into the Motherlode foothill areas and along the Merced River for wildflowers and hopefully still some redbuds. In the mean time I'm heading south tonight for more Carrizo. And if all this sunny fair weather forecast holds, flows in the Sierra rivers ought to begin really peaking which will make for some better waterfall images and maybe some flooding in the usual YV areas that provide areas for reflections.
