It's got to be ages since I posted here on UKNPN
It might not be to everyone's liking, but here's a seascape from a dismal afternoon in North Wales - you can always turn a situation around and gain something from even the worst conditions if you just stop and think for a second
D3
24-70mm f2.8 (loaner 'cos my PCE is still at Nikon in'it Kev!)
100iso
10x B&W ND
240 seconds at f16
Hope everyone is keeping well

It may not be to everyone's liking, Andy, but it is certainly to mine. I love the recession, and the dark, moody lighting. 240 seconds is surely a record for any shot posted on this forum!

Thanks David
It is a bit long isn't it - mind you I've been doing 5 minute frames over 2 hours for star trails too - and that's without the filter!

Nice to see you posting here again Andy! This is certainly up my alley, I love 10 stop work. Very moody and minimilistic, very nice!!

I really like it but you know what, I think the foreground interest draws you away from the wonder of the vanishing point. I think without it this owuld be a world apart, one of those 4 million quid shots.

Hi Andy
I don't really understand this sort of stuff but looks OK to me .

A very simple but well thought out image and great use of skill with camera and processing to make the image work. Vignetting is most nice and keeps the eye where it should be.

I love the simplicity of this shot. Technically perfect too.

Sorry Andy not for me this one it just doesn't seem to do anything for me. Maybe its because I get to see so many gray misty days up here. On a technical side I have no nits at all. Sorry mate.
