Little grebe
I took the Nikon D4 for a spin in Barnes. The camera is speedier then the D3S and i also tried it with a 1.4 and 2.0 converter. On the latter it focusses quicker when compared with the D3S.

I do find the shutter release very light.....a tiny bit of pressure and the camera goes off. It looks more sensitive then the D3S.

The camera is also lighter then the D3S. (when not mounted on a 600VR)

...and it takes sharp shots too, presumably not face detection?

Neil, no face detection. I always use AF with 9 points or just 1 point active.

Great image, unusual pose!

I think you need to give the D4 to me as its obviously got a dodgy shutter release!

I love the ambiguity of this - a bum image yet not a bum image.
