A few notes about RAW conversion and hoping for updates.
The-Digital-Picture.com is reporting that Canon's included DPP software generates soft images in High Quality mode - High Speed mode is the workaround for now. Canon is working on it.
Nothing native for Lightroom or DxO Pro Optics.
Adobe has new converters for Photoshop and a batch DNG converter that appear to work. I am using the batch DNG for now.

Candidate Release 6.7 of ACR from CS5 will work with 5D Mark III files as well.
